It is airy, flooded with light (if you leave the blinds open) and offers plenty of room for 2-4 people. Situated in second row, it is very quiet and has a nice view of the center lawn, the basketball and tennis court and the pool. The back yard can be used for some urban gardening.
Fry's, Trader Joe's, Sprouts and plenty of restaurants and a gym are just around the corner. The path next to the canal is across the street and offers, just like Kiwanis Park, great outdoor activity. Also South Mountain with its plenty of trails is just a 10 min ride away. ASU can be reached by bus, bike or car.

Water is included as well as the HOA fee. Gas, electric and internet is the renters responsibility. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
