I have lived here for ten years and have never had any issues or occurences. Nice neighbors in East Forest Park that is welcoming to a new family. School zones near by as well as a nice park and many recreational events. A must live in to understand it's potential and beauty. This is the kind of neighborhood that is peaceful and surrounded by folks who care about keeping their neighborhood clean and groomed and crime free.
