Large private room with shared bath in 1100 sq foot apartment that's easily bikeable and a very short drive to campus.

Only one housemate! (Plus a well trained housebroken flighted parrot)

House is furnished ground level but room is unfurnished with a walk in closet.

Off street parking in a great neighborhood with a landlord who fixes things quickly.

Washer and dryer in unit.

1gig fast fiber optic internet and wifi.

Only bills are rent, internet and power.

No side neighbor, great sound proofing.

The room is not available till May tenth.
No smoking cigarettes inside (Other things, we can talk.). The lease would add you onto an existing 12 month lease which i will release you from if you don't plan to stay for a year though I would prefer a longer tenant over a shorter one. Just let me know how long you're looking for a place for.
