Our home is available March 1, 2026- Mid-May 2026. It is tastefully furnished and ready for a long term tenant. Rent does include Wifi in the rent.
You enter the house through a large porch that provides for easy entertaining. This home is 4 bedrooms 2 full baths with a one car garage. It has a gracious king sized bedroom downstairs and a king size bedrooms upstairs and two queen sized bedroom as well. The two bedrooms are jack and jill to the upstairs bathroom. Each room has a large closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded equipment and all you need to live day to day.
It is a handful of houses from the Dairy Grill, a few minutes walk from all the wonderful things about downtown Charlevoix. There is plenty of parking and the world's best neighbors. It is completely realistic to live in this home without a car and get all of your needs met in the city.
This is a pet friendly home.
This is our family home, not an Airbnb nor a property purchased to make a profit. We're looking for stable folks who need housing during the off season that will take care of the home. The price does not represent the value of the home but simply that we're trying to offset some of the need for affordable housing in Charlevoix.
We are posting early as to get the opportunity meet applicants in person to ensure we have a great fit for our family and you.
The garage is available for storage but not really for parking as our vehicle is stored for the winter inside. BUT it is extra wide and lots of space for toys etc.

650 credit score and three times the rent in income are expected. I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida. I do property management for a living. We take good care of our properties and our tenants.

This home is turnkey. $2500 per month includes utilities and WIFI. It is available from November 17th until May 15th, 2026.
It is a 5 minute walk from downtown Charlevoix. Walk to the grocery, Walgreens, the movies, townhall and more from this home.

The downstairs master is off the living room with a barndoor for access. There is a full bath downstairs ample storage for your supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked for family style cooking in a light and bright area. The laundry is off the kitchen for conveniences.
Upstairs, you have three additional bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom with a shower. The upstairs master has a King bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The homeowner is a licensed Realtor in the state of FL and has been a property manager since 2018. The owners have been landlords since 2006 we want folks who will care for the home like it is their own. Note photos were taking immediately after purchase, there have been some changes over the time we've lived in the home.

    "The Susan Shores Subdivision of Hayes Township in Charlevoix County is located in the Lower Peninsula of Northwestern Michigan. Housing construction in Susan Shores, which is on the Western Shore of Susan Lake, is mixed and generally consists of single family homes on small (1) acre lots. However, there is no home owners association in Susan Shores. The closest major cross street intersection is (Scenic Route M31 along Lake Michigan), and (C56-Boyne City Road). Susan Lake sees little boat traffic in the Summer (affording a slight measure of greater water safety for smaller children because of the lesser boat traffic).
