3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI realize that this is a small town, with very few resources, and the quality of the teaching staff is based on the demographics of the area, and that is unfortunate, How can you expect to get quality teachers to come out and live in the desert so they can teach? That is the problem, the best teachers want to work in the city where there are more tax dollars for their school needs, what Lucerne Valley get's is the left overs, the teachers that can't find work any where else leaving them no choice but to come to the outlaying areas to find work. it isn't anyones fault it is just how the system works. This is a tough area to live in because there are no Jobs to support the population.
