"There aren’t a lot of parks in my immediate vicinity but there are plenty nearby. There are lots of shopping in the area as far as grocery and such."
  • Hayley Parmentier
"YCC organizes both club and neighborhood events for non-club members. The neighborhood is primarily retirees with a small group of families with kids ranging from baby to high school-aged. Everyone is very nice and the neighborhood is perfectly manicured. "
  • Jeannie Ferguson
"It’s an easy commute! This is a lovely place to live!! Wonderful neighbors and fun activities! Everyone is very welcoming! "
  • Kevin Bredenbeck
"Great area and neighborhood, it’s gated and we have a HOA that keeps all aligned in a good way. Stuart is growing which is the sad part. What once was an easy trip into town now has become a 30 minute or more excursion. Within 5 square miles 8 new gas stations and over 500 homes. Traffic and lights are now similar to Jupiter and West Palm. My estimate Staurt will be like West Palm, DeRey and Boca if not a Miami traffic mess. City planning board seems to have sold out and allowing clear cutting for new home developments. In the mean time Staurt still maintains its small town qualities so fingers crossed it doesn’t become the place we then all want to leave."
  • Springmarriner4
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and it’s been nothing but problems. Only a few are really nice. The rest try and get you kicked out for nothing. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a quiet friendly neighborhood. There is a lot of shops nearby. Downtown Stuart is minutes away. "
  • Ray68
"After living in a big city most of my life I find that the somewhat sleepy Stuart has the perfect medium as it offers the small town close knit community feel of a small town but also has loads of shopping and restaurants that you would find in a larger city. Stuart/Port Salerno is also a stones throw away from awesome beaches as well as larger cities with abundant nightlife. "
  • Vlawcenter
"Food festivals. High end consignment stores. Flea market. Publix’s offering deliveries to consumers. Publix’s Pharmacy delivery services. "
  • Holly W.
"It's an easy commute with little traffic. I wish more areas would not become so busy. I hope this area stays slower but I fear it wont. Buying here would still be better than Palm Beach."
  • Krupa D.
"People are friendly and almost everyone has a pet if not two. Everything is well maintained and everybody shows they care. "
  • Nancy P.
"just renting, but friendly neighbors, well maintained homes, safe! would very highly recommend this entire area ~ great restaurants! close to all shopping"
  • Vwbuss1
"I’ve not experience salerno to be a welcoming community. It’s pretty tight knit and people seem to stay to themselves. I’ve lived here 10 years and don’t know most of my neighbors."
  • Rourkiekc
"The area is residential but friendly with many great restaurants, parks, and beaches. These features make this a great place to visit family."
  • Tuwanna H.
"Need a car but close to I95, grocery store, restaurants and have great schools. Safe neighborhood, very quiet. "
  • Lynn H.
"Friendly neighborhood and well maintained grounds. I love living near the golf course which is public "
  • Sguerrero14
"The commute was a breeze before the construction to expand Kanner Highway and SW 96th Street. It now takes an extra 20 mins to reach Kanner highway. "
  • Suzvigg
"Popular - a lot of dog owners come to walk their dogs on the riverwalk or downtown. Restaurants with outside seating are all dog friendly. "
