"Eclectic area of renter and owner occupied homes which are mostly duplexes. Homes built from the 1970's to the present. Residents are from lower income to higher income levels; single persons sharing a home, families with/without children, and retirees. Beach is within walking distance (crossing one busy street). Two shopping centers within a mile. "
