Gorgeous home in a safe neighborhood! This is a split wing with the master bedroom and master bath on one wing and the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the other wing. The bedroom in the center could be an office or game room instead of a bedroom. This home is 2426 square feet. The tile in the entry and kitchen was special ordered from Europe. There is fresh paint throughout. It has a brand new microwave. The dishwasher is newer at only 5 months old. The patio area has a nice sunscreen on the West side. It has a two car garage. I am not able to show this unit without an approved application. Please apply on zillow. It is available immediately!

    "My family use to live in the neighborhood before my husband's job moved us away recently. This area is very family oriented, kid friendly, near the new spray park Greystone Park. Shopping is close: Samsclub, Kohl's, Super Wal Mart, Costco, Walgreens drive-thru, Starbucks, pet store, Chase Bank, and a few fast food places. The Wild is close too! It's a great location, and growing community."
