The house is 2080 sq. feet. It has gas heat and hot water, by baseboard. It has 200 Amp electricity and an ADT alarm system. It is wired for both cable and satellite TV. The house has Anderson windows with recently replaced doors, slider, and garage doors.

The street boasts friendly neighbors and a highly sought after school system. Title V approved and in hand.

This is also a great home for a commuter. It is 2 minutes from 495, less than 10 minutes from 95, and about 15 minutes from both 90 (Mass Pike) and 295. It is also less than 10 minutes away from two of the MBTA commuter rail stops in on the Franklin line.

We, the current owners, hate to leave, but our child has been diagnosed with a genetic disorder that requires us to move to facilitate his care. We have decided to offer our house as a for sale by owner. Without the real estate commission to pay, we have under priced our house by 10k-20k based on market comparisons for similar properties in Franklin. We are offering our house at a lower price then what we paid for it, so that we can move as quickly as possible to provide our child with the best medical care.
