This is a beautiful clean quiet one bedroom unit. This is a second floor apartment. Landlord pays for heat, water and trash removal. The apartment has off street parking in the rear of the building. Small pets under 20 lbs are welcome on a case by case basis and additional deposit will apply. This apartment is available immediately.

Tenant will be responsible for electric. This building is nonsmoking. If tenant smokes you must smoke outside and clean up after yourself. Pets must be kept in the apartment at all times unless they are on a leash.
