The living room offers comfortable seating for all, a large screen TV that is streaming capable, and dining seating with large windows. Don't forget to look up for the highlight of this space. Wind your way through the secret door to find the kitchen with all new appliances and a drip coffee maker for your use. Commune with nature in the sunroom and enjoy the warmth of the day, regardless of how cold it may be outside.
Electric fireplaces, plenty of parking, a dedicated backyard, and all of your basic creature comforts make this home one of a kind and an experience you cannot miss. All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags are provided. Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided. No parking is allowed on the street. Three vehicles can fit in the circle driveway in front of the home.

Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

    "It’s a close walk to the green valley park and historical Main Street. The down side is there aren’t sidewalks and people drive Very fast down this street. There are also not too many street lights so people usually walk their dogs during the day to the park. "

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
