There is an application fee of $50 is required for each adult person, this fee is paid once all completed application documents have been submitted. The application process includes a credit pull and background check. All adults 18 years and over must be on the application and lease, if approved. Tenants must provide valid Drivers License, State issued ID, or Passport at time of application, make 3X the monthly rent as income and income must be verifiable through pay stubs or tax returns. Tenant is responsible for all utilities - gas, electric, water/sewer and trash. Cable/Internet are optional. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal. Tenant must also provide and maintain renters insurance.

This area isn't to bad but I would nit recommend my apartments to anyone. They are invested with drugs, bugs and and slum lords. But the houses and area around are very decent."

    "I’ve lived in this area from birth until 19 or 20 I moved away for about 15 years maybe a few more growing up it was a safe area neighbors friendly could leave your door unlocked I would not really be able to say the same now as most of small town USA it has been taken over by drug pushers and users this area is known for methamphetamine use and manufacturing wish it was how I remember it growing up but I still wouldn’t say it’s the worst area it’s just not as wholesome as it once was"
