Then year 3 the school decided my son no longer needed services, so they reevaluated him and dropped everything (they kept one service in a group setting for 20 mins twice a week). He started declining after that. Month after month his behavior got worse. I pushed and pushed to get services back until they did a form evaluation again. After this they determined that he was 1 point above in 3 groups placing him in the “average”. Had they given him 1 less point in any of these categories they would have deemed services necessary.
