The first floor features a king bed (2 guests) master suite with an office, and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and rain-shower. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds sleeping up to 8) and a full bath. 4 TVs can be used for entertainment throughout the house along with high-speed Internet, Nest controlled thermostat, and digital lock codes so you don't need to worry about losing house keys.

Extra amenities include an outdoor shower, an extra refrigerator (in addition to kitchen) for guest use in the garage, a full-sized washer/dryer, and an extra large backyard with a deck, patio, fire pit, and new BBQ gas grill.

We are located one mile from the 27-hole public championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes and 3 miles (10min drive) to Bethany Beach and its boardwalk.

For beach-goers, additional activities include hopping over the state line to Ocean City, MD, crabbing at Holt's Landing, sport fishing in Delaware State Parks, and tax-free outlet shopping.

We are in a quiet, safe, and family-oriented community that offers an outdoor swimming pool and two tennis courts.

Tenants pay all the wifi, trash and all utilities.

    "We looked all around the DE beach area for a nice conventional home in a marina community, important for our boat useage. We wanted something upscale, quiet, and close to the amenities, without any significant crime worries. We found all that in Whites Creek Manor, and were fortunate to find an available house. We have a boat slip with a lift a very short walk away, with an easy run up the creek into Indian River Bay. We can easily ride our bike to the beach, which eliminates beach parking issues. The supermarkets are very close. The community pool is well run. The population is mostly "life experienced", few kids that are not grandkids, but that is fine for us, our youngest finished college a year ago. They can enjoy nearby Dewey or OC's night life when they visit. Taxes are incredibly low compared to where we lived previously. Utilities are a bit more, but the low taxes more than offset that. We love walking around the neighborhood, everyone is friendly, and takes good care of their homes. If you are this type of person, you would love it here. "
