Description

Beautiful spacious home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths in a wonderful neighborhood is available to rent, starting this September. Zoned R-3, this home is perfect for a large family, a great place for a bunch of friends to share a stunning house together, or plenty of space for an in-home business, and much more.

If you are looking to live in elegance and class (or have a business where you live), this house is definitely worth taking a look at. Stunningly gorgeous, this is a one-of-a-kind home that has been completely updated and tastefully restored and is totally different from what's currently out there in the rental arena. This huge house has plenty of space for privacy and relaxation, as well as large, open spaces for entertaining and socializing. There is a formal living room with wood burning fireplace, a formal dining room, and a library. The kitchen is very large and open with a wonderful attached family room. This is a non-smoking home.

The house is a 1920's style Cape Cod, recently brought back to its original magnificence and grandeur. Each room beholds something special, be it the thoughtfully laid out floor plan, the comfortable and inviting feel when moving from room to room, the tall ceiling with crown moldings and classic detailing, the abundance of windows that bring lots of natural light into every room, wood floors, fireplace, wonderful kitchen, spectacular English style garden w/fruit trees, all in the wonderful College Hill neighborhood close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, UO and South Eugene High School.

The kitchen has a high end Jenn-Air gas stove and convection oven. A second refrigerator is available if needed. There is a gas furnace for heating the house with programmable thermostat.

There are 6 bedrooms in the house, one of which is on the first floor with its own entrance and private bath. All bedrooms have tall ceilings, are light and airy, with refinished wood floors and picture frame moldings. Four of the bedrooms have their own private bath, and two of these are master bedrooms with their own private enclosed sun porch and huge walk in closets. Each room has access to cable TV and wireless internet, and there are separate phone lines available if so desired.

The house has washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a full height, dry basement. There is also a wonderful garden that surrounds the house, and is perfect for those who would like to do some gardening. There is plenty of off street parking. The house can come partially furnished, or empty. Rent is $4,000 per month, with a $5,000 refundable deposit. Home is available September 2015. Tenant would pay for all utilities which include gas, electric, water, etc. I will pay for garbage and recycling. Please call my cell at 510-326-2488 with questions, or to set up a time to see the house. Possibly open to pets, let's discuss
