We’ve had so many special Ed teachers, they don’t stay and high turnover is connected to poorly run department. Testing is based too heavily on standardized test scores and not assessment data for creating IEP goals. Parent input is often ignored. The office staff and school leaders provide clear communication. Our family has felt welcomed. The middle school years can be challenging and IRS has supported our child’s growth and development in healthy ways.
