Description

This home feels a lot bigger than what it is and has a wonderful floor plan. Currently this home is being rented out but it will be available to buy and look at in January 2019. Feel free to drive by the home but please do not disturb the renters that currently live there. The home is located on a cul-de-sac which is wonderful for kids and parking. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 2 car garage. The backyard is fenced in and is a double lot. Their is a brand new roof that was put on in the spring of 2018! There are also two patios, one that you can walk out to from the master bedroom and the other you can walk out from the kitchen and the living room. The home has high ceiling, a formal living room, a breakfast nook off the kitchen, and a fireplace! My mom is a realtor so I am not looking for a realtor.
