About this House

This is a true, real, family home. There have only been two owners since it was built. Like most of the less than 200 original single family Greenbelt homes, it is rare that they go on the market. Usually, word of mouth results in a sale before that occurs.

Neighborhood Description

A very comfortable combination of families ranging from retirees, families with teens and families with younger children. It is an extremely quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic other than those who live on Pinecrest. The street is exactly one mile to the Old Greenbelt Center which has an intimate old fashioned co-op grocery store and coffee shop. Next to that, is a Curves as well as an outstanding and thoroughly honest gas station/car repair shop. There is also an "artsy" movie theater in the same Old Greenbelt Center. The Greenbelt health and fitness center/pool is inexpensively available to all city residents and closed to the public on summer weekends.
