Yard: Covered porch off of the house, fenced patio with seating and propane bbq. Kayaker/paddle boarder's paradise! Dock access next to driveway and 5 min walk to beach.

Terms: Mid-term month to month rental, fully furnished, utilities included, pets not permitted.

Location: Located in beautiful King Salmon! Steps to beach, boat ramp, kayak & paddle board access at front door! 5 minutes drive to Eureka, 20 minutes to Arcata, 15 minutes to Fortuna.
