The exterior is completely done other than trim, it’s 100% dried in and air and water tight.
Interior is in the framing stages
We built this right with the highest quality materials, used zip sheathing on the exterior for vapor barrier/ house wrap. We have standing seam hidden fasteners metal roofing which will last for 75+ years!
6” of closed cell spray foam professionally sprayed in the roof rafters. R-42 rated
The plans were for a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a huge master bedroom, huge open living room open to the upstairs with 24ft tall ceilings, and a huge play area upstairs for ping pong, pool etc. You could change that up or keep the same plans.
No utilities on the land. we had plans to do a septic tank and a well for water and sewer with solar and batteries for power with a backup generator.
$40k obo. We did not pull permits

This is a huge honor and shows the dedication of teachers, parents and administration to our students. West Wendover offers an outstanding intervention program, after school tutuoring and we just received the Gear Up Grant for our 7th grade students. The school cares about my child and the other children in the school. West Wendover has the returning AA state boys basketball champions. FBLA, FCCLA and Skills compete and win at both the state and national level. The academic olympic team is very competitive at the county and state levels.
