All carpet w/ linoleum floor at kitchen. Level in access with stairs to loft. Parking for 1 car off street. This room is heated by a gas fireplace and there is no A/C. Utilities are not on a separate meter and will be a fixed charge of $250

The house is located across from open space and walking distance to downtown and sits in a rural setting. Main house is occupied by owner. (female) No overnight guests, no smoking, pet considered w/ deposit. Owner has 1 friendly male cat on property.

Furnishings are in place and available for use if you choose or bring your own - TV, double bed, small tall dresser, Kitchen has new refrigerator, convection microwave, cooktop and lots of cabinet space . Garbage disposal. Ceiling fan.

Please reply with a little about you and your move and how long you need the room. This is not a short term rental. Seeking long term tenant for one person.

No smoking allowed inside or on premises .
Mo - mo lease. 6 month minimum stay preferred.

    "Lots of people walk their dogs in neighborhoods. A handful of nice dog parks. Handful of open spaces with specific areas you can let your dog off leash. Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist. This area is not immune to that. "
