Quiet neighborhood. Ideal for those who work or study at the Med. Center or surrounding areas. Very Private, i.e., this is the only unit in the building and as such, you are essentially renting your own house with no common walls with anyone. Easy commute to Downtown Harrisburg. This is intended for one occupant. There is limited parking, i.e., only one vehicle.

Landlord pays W/S/T. Tenant pays remainder of the utilities.

We are looking for a good neighbor. This is a "carriage house" type of apartment that is located on our property in a quiet setting, i.e., a dead end street with no through traffic. The photos were taken before updates. Since then, flooring in the living room and bedroom has been upgraded with a Pergo wood laminate and the kitchen and hall with ceramic tile in a neutral color. The property is well maintained.

Application fee with written application which fee pays for background and credit check. Employment verification required. No pets. No smoking.
