Home is a 5 minute walk to downtown. Can easily be a 5/6 bedroom adding egress windows. Beautiful peaceful street with 3 car garage and tons of room for outside entertaining. Parking out front large enough for several cars without street parking. Super chill area with no crime and quite evenings. Not a party area, family and business professions enjoy walking the rim and or their dogs. So nice get too anywhere in Boise in minutes

We are purchasing this house for our retirement in 5 years and would like to rent it until then..... So many upgrades. We are going to redo flooring downstairs, windows where needed. New HVAC, ELECTRIC... RV Parking, Boat Parking 3 plus car garage.

    "My kids were grown when we moved here so Iā€™m not intimately familiar with considerations for childrenā€¦ there are a few streets where traffic is heavy and fast, as well as a few open canals that could be dangerous. I would be very cognizant of these hazards if I had small children and I was looking for a homeā€”find the smaller/quieter streets that are near the open spaces. "
