This is a premiere, walkable location that means you're within easy walking distance to the restaurants and art galleries along East Bay and Broad Streets, as well as Rainbow Row, Charleston City Market, White Point Gardens, The Battery and the historic homes & gardens that encompass Charleston's South of Broad neighborhood.
Vendue Place includes a stack washer/dryer located nearby to the master bedroom, and 1-off street parking spot in a secure, gated main level garage which is accessed by the direct elevator. Residents of Vendue Place enjoy access to a rooftop deck for entertaining, main lobby attendant and package delivery concierge service.
Minimum 90 Day Lease required. Utilities are included. Additional fees and taxes apply when finalizing booking.
$50 an hour Early Check-in Fee, $25/hour late check out fee.
