Last but not least you are situated in the Town of Franklin which is known for its safety and great school systems.

- Renter required to pay for: Electric, Gas, Trash, Water, 1 Time Annual Septic Cleaning (At move-in), Cable (Optional - if tenant wants), 1 Time Annual Generator Routine Oil Change/Filter Change (At move-in).

- All utilities will go under tenants name/utility account and will be paid directly by tenant.

- Septic + Generator costs will be paid to landlord within 2 weeks of moving in. Services will be provided within 60 days of tenant's official move in date. One time annual fee of $700.

- Late Rent Payments - If rent is not paid monthly by date noted in leasing agreement a late fee will be applicable as outlined in lease agreement.

- No smoking allowed on property
