Description

Perfect location for hard-working Summer Interns who want to be in Sea Pines but need some place restful after working double shifts! And while a one year lease is preferred, shorter leases like three or six months are an option. So forget about the bridge and live on Hilton Head Island in a rarely available dog-friendly long-term rental in Sea Pines.

"This place is huge!" is what folks say as they walk throughout this villa. At roughly 2,000 square feet! this villa featuring three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread over three floors, freshly painted just in time for its new residents.

Walk in to a real entry hallway with a coat closet and a powder room, through to the first floor which opens into a dining area and steps down into a sunken living room to overlook the back deck (perfect for sitting out to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine) and the greenspace beyond. . . . the cheerful galley kitchen (with lots of cabinets and two pantry closets) and a laundry/utility/storage room (with a full-sized clothes washer and dryer, and not just a stackable stuffed in a closet) rounds out the first floor.

The second floor has two of the bedrooms, both with their own full bathrooms (shower/bathtub combinations) and balconies accessible through sliding glass doors. The back bedroom is the bigger of the two with a larger closet and built-in dressing table.

The third floor boasts a large storage closet and the primary bedroom with large windows overlooking the landscaped green space . . . it is like being in a tree house! This bedroom also has two closets, a full bathroom with a linen closet, and a shower/bathtub combination.

All of this just a short walk to all of HarbourTown's dining, shopping and entertainment amenities!

Sorry, no smoking, vaping, etc. allowed.

Utilities covered by the rent are water, trash/recycling services, basic pest control, basic television and internet.

Pet fee is separate from the Security Deposit. There is no "pet rent" as you might find at other properties.

"Life here is awesome! The weather is great. The food is incredible. The people here are friendly and getting around is super easy. All you need is a bicycle and a little spending money. It’s a pet friendly community. Just don’t walk your pet around the ponds at night. There are alligators. But that’s common sense. "
