Security Deposit Clause
Rent & Last Month's Rent
Tenant shall pay the first month's rent, last month's rent (optional based on credit evaluation) and the security deposit upon execution of this Lease.
Last month's rent shall be applied to the final month of the Lease term, provided Tenant has complied with all Lease terms.

Pet Policy
Tenant may keep household pets on the premises only with the prior written consent of Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet shall be paid prior to occupancy. Tenant remains responsible for any damage caused by pets, beyond the pet fee.Smoking Policy

Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the premises, garage, and any enclosed or shared spaces. Violation of this policy shall be considered a material breach of this Lease and may result in eviction and/or loss of the security deposit.

    "“Ok” schools (which is as good as you’ll get in USA’s public education system anymore). Very safe neighborhood in today’s world to let your kids ride their bike in neighborhood because there is one entrance and one exit and not a TON of traffic on the road in front of our neighborhood. We’ve lived here for 15 yrs and, had we been able to, I think we absolutely would’ve enjoyed raising kids here & felt relatively safe (again, for today’s age) doing so. We still would’ve homeschooled, but that’s just us. "
