This wonderfully spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Salida is located in a quiet private neighborhood just minutes from Historic Downtown Salida.

The home is fully furnished with beds, televisions, couches, tables and chairs. Everything you need to move right in.

The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom is spacious and enjoys a full bath as well with shower and tub.

The third bedroom and bathroom is located in a self-contained cottage on the property which is also great for a home office. This cottage is included in the rental and makes the rental a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cottage has its own entrance and front door for privacy. It is great for visiting guests or in-laws or a work from home private space.

The living and dining room of the main house are large and comfortable with high ceilings and lots of windows providing natural light and to enjoy the beautiful views. Deer sightings are quite frequent.

The home has a full two car garage, with room for cars, bicycles and storage. There is also a nice patio and a small backyard to enjoy.

The home is just a block away from the hot springs pool, close to Monarch ski resort, nearby hiking and mountain bike trails, and just minutes away from the great shopping, fine dining and nightlife in town that Salida offers.

We allow a dog or a cat. For more than one dog or cat we would consider it on a case by case basis so feel free to send me a message with any questions.

We will accept a 6 month lease or longer if that is preferred. Keep in mind the home is furnished and has had a kitchen remodel done recently. All brand new stainless steel appliances!
