Renter is required to use designated trash disposal containers. All trash must be placed and fit inside of container disposed of in an appropriate trash plastic bag

Owner pays for 15% of monthly gas utility
Owner pays for lower level monthly electric kWh as monitored by separate / split reader
Owner pays for biweekly lawn care between May 15th and October 15th
