Beautifully designed bedroom with large closets and plenty of windows. It's on the second floor with two bathrooms and a laundry room at your disposal. It is furnished and has a view of the field.

The house is has three levels - about 5000 sq. feet and sits on three acres in a quiet neighborhood with gardens and excellent views of sunrise, sunset and mountains. This room rental is all inclusive - utilities, parking for one car, plowing, cleaning etc. There are plenty of rooms and places to study or work.

Cheerful, neat and clean tenant (with good rental references and credit desired). The house is 1.9 miles from USM, 15 miles from Portland, 12 minutes from Sebago Lake. There is bike and boat storage. This space is ideal for a single professional person/student. No Pets/No Smoking. I am a museum director and former professor and would prefer a student or busy professional.
