Power is supplied by generator, and the essentials are in place for comfortable off-grid living. A metal roof is designed for rainwater catchment, with a 450-gallon storage tank already on site and ready to connect. Included separately, if desired, is a substantial collection of tools and equipment; generators, shop tools, ladders and a well used assortment of crab and shrimp pots and fishing gear. There is deferred maintenance to address, specifically the deck and stairway from the beach, both of which will require replacement. This condition has been reflected in the pricing.
