Description

*Third floor walk up*

DREAM LOFT! Newly renovated two bedroom, two-bathroom, loft with Eastern, Southern, and Western exposures. Upon entry, high ceilings and original details have been preserved to sensitively capture the spirit of 1900s architecture. The dramatic entry gallery features whitewashed wood flooring, gently curving arches, and hand cast stoneware sconces that inspire creativity and tranquility.

Exquisite features take center-stage in the kitchen with statement Calacatta Nero engineered stone countertops and backsplash and a fully integrated appliance package from Bertazzoni and Fisher & Paykel, including a wine-fridge. The backdrop of custom-made greige minimalist cabinetry and Danish brushed brass demi-lune hardware span the width of the great room. The great room with its double exposures is filled with unique features including exposed brick, vintage wall drawings, and whitewashed floors. Adjacent to the living room and kitchen are full height pantries, including a stackable washer and dryer.

The two serene bedrooms have oversized windows, exposed brick, and dramatic arched closets with contrasting tones and clothing organizers. Across the entries to the two bedrooms is the oversized master bathroom finished with creamy terrazzo, two freestanding brass vanities, arched mirror cabinets and a vintage clawfoot tub. The flex room, which sits off of the entry gallery, is neatly-sized and can be used as an art studio, dark room, dressing room, home office, library, recording studio, or more. The guest bathroom features moody terrazzo, a walk-in shower with bench, arched mirror cabinet with a custom Turkish farmhouse sink in grey marble, and fixtures in matte black.

Built at the turn of the 20th century, Williamsburg's One Dunham Place marries classic architecture with curated luxury. The interior scheme has been thoughtfully realized by Franny, a hospitality and design studio that sources finishes from female-owned businesses. The Soho-based studio has taken a considerate approach that carries into the amenities. Enter through the double height entrance into the lobby and stairwell replete with an edited palette of creamy terrazzo, arched details, vintage factory doors, and Danish art gallery walls. Step down the stairwell to find a bicycle and stroller storage. Private storage is available for an additional cost. Outside, there is a video intercom, keyless access, a package storage bin for safe-guarding deliveries.

Placed at the corner of Broadway and Dunham Place, One Dunham Place is located just steps from Williamsburg's waterfront with sweeping views of the Williamsburg Bridge, East River, and Manhattan skyline.
