Description

Cottage is located across the street from one of the beaches entrances. It has one bedroom but then has a futon in the living room which can be turned into a bed for extra sleeping. There is an outside patio for grilling or just to sit, a grill is there for your use already. Seeing the cottage is so close to the main strip there are bikes also there for your use. Washer and dryer so you can wash when you need to, also an outside shower on the side of the cottage. Off street parking for more then one car.

We rent by the week which is $1,000.00 a $250.00 non refundable deposit to hold the week and payment is due in full 7 days before.
Move in on a Saturday at 2:00pm
Move back out Saturday by 11:00am

First week it is available is May 6th to May 13th
last week available it September 23rd to September 30th

This is a summer vacation rental by the week Saturday to Saturday.
