Located 25 minutes East of Jackson, CA near the town of Volcano. Winding country roads with occasional ice and snow.

The property is located at 3,200 feet on a gravel road. There are approximately 6 snow falls a year dropping anywhere from 2-12 inches. Main road is snowplowed regularly. The gravel road is snowplowed often. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is ideal. Tire chains (not cables) will work if need be.

Open House is scheduled for 12/10 at 11am to 2pm.

There are no online applications. Rental applications must be picked up during the open house.

Must be employed at current job for a minimum of 1 year.
