Includes separate walk-in private storage unit large enough for bikes, SUP boards, and kayaks. Controlled access building and garage. Assigned parking for two vehicles. Amenities include spa, heated pool, sauna, meeting room, and large observation deck.

Rent is $3250/ month and includes gas, water (including hot water). sewer, and trash, and HOA management. Tenant pays electric and internet/cable and a one time $200 move-in fee charged by HOA. $3000 security deposit. References, credit score 720+, verified income 2.5 x rent.
