      "Golf community, some kids in the area. Most kids are home schooled. Some things to do like jujitsu, fishing, hunting, swimming, golfing, offloading, trail, hiking, snowboarding, or skiing. Although this is the desert, and there appears to be not a whole lot to do as you can see, there is a ton of adventure to be had. None of the neighbors are really close right where is 30 minutes away the line is 15 minutes away. Palmdale 20 minutes away."
