"You need a car. It’s very rural here and there’s no way you can walk anywhere. It takes anywhere from 10 ton40 minutes to get to the outlying areas where there are different stores and restaurants "

"Jacksonville is known for its college atmosphere and its busy streets during classes. Commutes are mainly short with lots of stop signs. Traffic is generally slow but steady. "

"If you live on a main road near the college, watch out for cars driving by. A lot of people will be more focused on their phones or anything other than actually driving. Speeding is also and issue, I constantly have to worry when I let my dog out to use the bathroom. "

"My neighborhood is very quiet and vehicular traffic is very low. I have everything here I want here, small town living near big city shopping if I don't mind a 60 - 90 min drive one way. Locally there is everything my family and I need for a secure and Happy life!"

"Friendly neighborhoods, good school, low crime. That alone is fantastic! It also equal distance between Atlanta and Birmingham so if you like to shop take your pick. The scenery is beautiful!"
