There are telephone boxes along the way too! Pass Acopella Ranch, left on Valdez Right on Walsh (go 971 feet, 3rd parcel on right). This is the north side of the property. To go to the south side: go back out Walsh and turn left on Willow Creek Road. Turn left at address sign and take it to the locked gate that says "not a through street". The property is just on the other side of the gate on the left side and goes to the telephone pole down the street. Agent recommends getting it surveyed, as there are no markers. However, the fence is the southern boundary, the gate is the west boundary and the telephone pole is the east boundary. This property is approximately 1/2 hour from the Wallmart in Hemet.
