Plenty of privacy but also lots of kids to play with without leaving the one - entrance neighborhood - no thru traffic. The type of neighborhood where kids can ride their bikes up and down the street, often stroll with their parents after dinner. A real community. Lots of wildlife, shade and birdsong. We have lived here for over 20 years and hope to be here for many more, and are selling as we don't need the play space with the kids grown.
