This home was lost to a fire and reconstruction is nearly complete and will be ready for occupancy on May 1. Open concept living room/kitchen main level with mudroom, bathroom and laundry also on the main floor. Kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops. Very large back yard completely enclosed with cedar privacy fence. Unfortunately, outdoor upgrades will not to be completed before occupancy. Will be removing the existing asphalt driveway and replacing with new driveway in June. We will also be upgrading the deck and outdoor landscaping as weather permits.

Tenant is responsible for trash, water, internet and electric and gas. Landlord responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
