    Description

This 160-acre farm in Jasper County Missouri sits only 10 miles north of Carthage. With only a half mile of gravel, power at the road and rural water available this would make an ideal place to build a home in the country while still being close to amenities. The farm has big buck history as seen in the photos and with deer creek running through the middle of the property adding a natural travel corridor, there are multiple stand locations. Turkeys and waterfowl are also common on the farm and a portion of the tillable ground could be flooded to make a duck marsh. 100 acres is currently planted in wheat with a $12,000 annual income from the cash rent. The property sets up nicely for hunting with the south half of the tillable ground hidden from the road by the creek.
Oak Rd, Carthage, MO 64836 is a lot/land. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate rent is $1,025/month.

"Most homeowners here have dogs. It’s very common to see people walking their dogs. we have dog parks nearby. We have two different vets in town. It is illegal to have dogs chained up outside."
    • Soonernate64
"Dogs are welcome as long as they are behaved, appropriately taken care of, and not running wild. The community is very good about trying to help people reconnect with their pets when one is missing or one has been found and the owner unknown. "
    • Jagger F.
"Friendly neighbors, never to loud when it’s dark. Well maintained yards, all year round. Lights and house decorations for According holidays. "

"They have no clue what public transportation is here. They also seem to refuse the idea of sidewalks. "

"People have dogs here. We have two. The street in front is busy so I don’t see much dog walking near home. We take dogs to park for walks "
