8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverwhelming experience with this school is that the policies and procedures are more in alignment to meet the needs of a "traditional" nuclear family. Extraordinarily limited in terms of ability to contact, only by phone and only during office hours. School leadership, principal(s), need greater structure and guidance. Unsure of who or which parties actually make decisions that affect the whole, however experiences over multiple years have repeatedly validated impression that parent(s) either agree or are considered trouble makers and not just disregarded but gossiped about by top school administrators and staff. Leadership intolerant of different points of views, and inflexible towards working single parents. Quite frankly it is below the professional standards for educators to treat a student differently because you don't "like" the parent. And to not "like" a parent simply because they have an opinion and approach different from the nuclear family structure.Parent Review4y ago6 Reviews - Sumner Senior High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNow looking back at my school years they were morbidly messed up I had made a comment in the 9th grade about shooting myself under my breath and someone told their parent I was planning a school shooting and I felt forced to agree with what they said due to the principal being quite aggressive about it, I attempted twice during my years there and it wasn’t even acknowledged that I did have a learning disability(adhd) and the worst part is that I can’t even single out this school as a problem when it’s everywhere. Also your teachers made bomb and gun jokes and I sure as hell did after I was accused for suicidal thoughtsOther Review11mo ago12 Reviews - Sumner Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school performs beautifully well at everything it does! Homework isn't too stormy most of the time, the lessons are engaging and educating, character development exists and it's strong, leadership skills are taught and applied well, students with vast differences from most other kids can learn just as well as a normal kid, and bullying isn't an issue because it is taken incredibly seriously here. It was a shame I was forced to move from here to Glacier Middle School, which is an OK school, but might need improvement.Other Review5y ago7 Reviews - Check out schools near McCutcheon Rd E.

"It sucks. Even the side roads into the city are bad. If you don’t have to go far from town it’s not too bad, otherwise you may as well use the bus and train "

"Most decent jobs are going to be 20 miles North or South from Bonney Lake. Both directions to major cities have long commutes if you work a regular 7am-3pm job. The only way to avoid commutes is to work in Bonney Lake or work night shifts. We’re looking at relocating because the commute is so long."

"I’ve lived in Bonney Lake a little over a year now. It’s a pretty friendly town. You still people on the corners with help me signs. I believe that’ll be wherever you reside. As long as you like to be near the mountains and nature, Bonney lake is a good place for you. I have a child and two German Shepard’s and it seems that they like living here as well. "
