    Partially cleared 1.38 Acres on Jessey Medley Rd. with access to poverty creek on back side of the property. There is also a small stream that runs on the back side of the property and flow into poverty creek. Underbrush has started to grow back from last year when we had it cleared out. Property is 100' wide by the road and 107' wide on the water and is 564' deep. Just minutes away from town and just outside city limits. City water available. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
