      "It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly and it’s in between 2 towns, copperas cove and Lampasas. We also have a Dollar General in Kempner so a drive all the way in to town can be avoided for basic groceries. "

There are offenders in the area but even they keep to themselves and shut in. Plenty of room to roam only one way into the neighborhood one way out. Unless you drive on to someones property and use their private exit."
