    Great timber and/or recreational property only minutes from Eugene/Springfield. It was professionally replanted about 15 years ago and the trees are growing fast! Excellent hunting opportunities for elk, deer, bear, etc...both on the property and on the federal and timber company lands that border it and go for miles and miles.       "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
