This property is outside of the city limits of Lancaster, closer to the area known as Redman, CA. The area is mostly small ranches or farms. The property has ELECTRICITY along Ave D2. Residents in the area drill private wells for water, propane tanks for gas and septic systems for sewer. A nearby parcel is also available for sale. Edwards Air Force Base is 3.4 miles north of the property. The base is home to the Air Force Test Center, Test Pilot School and NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center.       "This neighborhood was built on 2017 so pretty much one owner houses, quiet, lovely & clean, you don’t see a lot of people walking on the streets, your exercising walking their dogs pick up their mail and people delivering packages. Nothing else not too many kids playing on the street"
