Located 25 minutes East of Jackson, CA near the town of Volcano/Daffodil Hill. Winding country roads with occasional ice and snow. The property is located at 3,200 feet on a gravel road. There are approximately 6-10 snow falls a year dropping anywhere from 2-12 inches. Main road is plowed regularly. The gravel road is plowed fairly regularly. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is recommended. Tire chains (not cables) will work in most cases.
Must be employed at current job for a minimum of 1 year. Should be able to verify income.
There are no online applications. Rental applications will be given in person during viewing.
Viewing is tentatively available February 15 at noon. House will be tentatively available on March 1st.

They have such a wide range of AP classes and the counselors really help you prepare for college. Also our sports are on of the top in every category even though we are such a small school. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter’s second grade teacher spent the year being abusive. I have so much of it recorded, but I can’t share it on here. My daughter is very sensitive and gentle, and has anxiety. Her teacher couldn’t have been less sensitive to this. What’s worse, is after I have a kid for my daughter on multiple occasions to the principal, I noticed a coldness towards myself and my daughter from other staff. The front desk lady, other teachers. So not only was my daughter mistreated, but because she told the truth, and I stood up for her, now we all get treated like pariahs.
