"I've lived in Cottonwood for almost 5 years. Our neighborhood is a mini subdivision made up of be 48 homes plus the pool and clubhouse properties. That's unique. It's like a gated community yet open to the public. With 2 culdesacs it's very private, and all the homes are well kept."

"Not a lot of pride in how the homes look in this Neighborhood. Yards overgrown and a lot of junk and trash around. Constant speeding up and down this residential neighborhood road. The City doesn't seem to care. "
