"I've lived in this neighborhood for 8 years. The neighbors are friendly and the exterior of the homes are all beautiful. The HOA is very active in our community. Any violation of the Covenants and Restrictions are addressed immediately. The lakes and community pool and tennis courts are maintained 100% of the time. They're immaculate. All of the common property is meticulously maintained. It's lovely in Ibis Point and the schools the kids go to are A rated. "
