"This is a great area, very peaceful! Many of the neighbors are retired, middle- aged or working class. Southern Hills Park which has a huge pool is located on Bert Kouns. These beautiful homes are close to shops, restaurants, and the post office on Mansfield Rd. Wal-mart is also nearby. "
